ORDER DISPATCH

Once your order has been placed and is ready, we will dispatch it using our trusted postage partners - either AusPost and DHL Express Worldwide - within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday).

 

MADE TO ORDER

If your order includes a made to order piece, please allow up to 2-4 weeks from the time of your order for production before it is dispatched and sent to you. We will keep you updated with a confirmation email once the order is on it’s way to you.

 

The Shipping times indicated below are indicative only, they should not be relied upon as assurances or guarantees. Many factors may impact the delivery window that are out of our control. If you are concerned about the delivery and processing times that impact your order, please contact us.

AusPost Standard	2-5 Business Days — $10 AUD
AusPost Express	1-2 Business Days — $15 AUD

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

* International Shipping is free for orders over $600 AUD 

New Zealand Express	2-4 Business Days — $20 AUD
Unites States Express	2-6 Business Days — $30 AUD + duties and taxes *
UK & Europe Express	2-6 Business Days — $30 AUD + duties and taxes *
Rest of World Express	2-6 Business Days — $30 AUD + duties and taxes *

As orders are shipped from Australia you may incur duties or local taxes. The prices displayed on site are exclusive of all taxes and duties. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival - this is the responsibility of the recipient. We will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.
