Refund policy

RETURNS

Your AFENDRA piece is thoughtfully created just for you. If, upon receiving your order you are not satisfied, you have 14 days to submit a request for a return or exchange. This only applies for Full Price items - all sales items are final.

We offer returns for store credit, a refund or an exchange.

Please note, the cost of returning your AFENDRA order will be at your expense. Ensure the item is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. Your refund will be processed once the item has reached us and we have confirmed that it is in it's original condition.

If the piece is returned worn, used, or not in its original condition as assessed by our in-house atelier, we reserve the right to decline the return, and the order will be sent back to your original shipping address.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the items display any sign of having been worn or altered - this includes any makeup, perfume/deodorant or other stains that may transfer when trying on the garments so please handle with care.

To initiate a request, contact info@afendra.com.au with your invoice number, the item you would like to return and your reasoning.

 

EXHANGES

We are committed to ensuring you love your new AFENDRA piece. Please note that we will only offer size exchanges for the same product. If you wish to exchange it for another item, please process a refund and place a new order.

If you are exchanging for a made to order item, please allow for production from the time of our confirmation to create your new piece.

EXCHANGE PROCESS:

1. Submit a request to info@afendra.com.au for an exchange. Include your invoice number and the product you want to exchange.
2. Once this has been confirmed, place a new order online separately for the agreed exchange item. The exchange refund will be processed once we have received and approved the return of your garment.
   

 

TO NOTE:

* Return charge are not covered by AFENDRA
* Shipping charges, duties and taxes cannot be refunded
* AFENDRA is not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages
